Clusterware binaries(GRID_HOME) from RAC3

Delete
“rac3” node from Clusterware configuration (on a remaining node)
[root@rac1 ~]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/crsctl delete node -n rac3
Update
inventory on “rac3”

[oracle@rac3 ~]$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin
[oracle@rac3 bin]$ ./runInstaller -updateNodeList ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_HOME
 “CLUSTER_NODES={rac3}” CRS=TRUE -local
Remove
the Clusterware Software from “rac3”
[oracle@rac3 ~]$ . grid.env
[oracle@rac3 ~]$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/deinstall
[oracle@rac3 deinstall]$ ./deinstall -local
Note:Make
sure to specify the “-local” flag as not to remove more than just the
local node’s software, etc.
The script will provide commands to be run as “root”, in another
window.
Update inventories/node list on the remaining
nodes.

[oracle@rac1 ~]$ . grid.env
[oracle@rac1 ~]$ cd $ORACLE_HOME/oui/bin
[oracle@rac1 bin]$ ./runInstaller -updateNodeList ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_HOME
“CLUSTER_NODES={rac1,rac2}” CRS=TRUE

Confirm
that the node has been properly removed via.

[oracle@rac1 ~]$ cluvfy stage -post nodedel -n rac3
