4. Grant create procedure privilege on CTXSYS

i. Login to applmgr
ii. sqlplus apps/ @$AD_TOP/patch/115/sql/adctxprv.sql CTXSYS

5. Gather statistics for SYS schema

i. cp $APPL_TOP/admin/adstats.sql $ORACLE_HOME
ii. login TO Oracle user
