DBA_HIST_DATAFILE is the view stores information of datafiles.

select a.FILE#,a.FILENAME,a.TSNAME,b.creation_time from DBA_HIST_DATAFILE a,V$datafile b where  a.FILE#=b.FILE# order by b.creation_time;
