APPLIES TO: Oracle Workflow - Version 12.1.3 to 12.2 [Release 12.1 to 12.2] Information in this document applies to any platform. SYMPTOMS: On Oracle Applications Release 12.1.3 When attempting to submit a Workflow Notification for Email Notification delivery, noticed that the email Notification is not sent. The notification is not enqueued on WF_DEFERRED and WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT CAUSE: The issue is occurring because event oracle.apps.wf.notification.send.group is disabled. Since event oracle.apps.wf.notification.send.group is disabled, notification is not being enqueued on WF_DEFERRED and WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT SOLUTION: 1. Please logon with 'workflow Administrator Web applications' responsibility Click on Business Events In search window, enter 'oracle.apps.wf.notification.send.group' and click on Go. Click on 'Update' and on the next screen, change the status to 'Enabled' and click on Apply. 2. Retest with a new notification.
