FRM-41830 list of values contains no entries

ERROR:

SOLUTION:

I have changed the profile option for particular user at the site level so the changes have occurred to all the users, after revert it back its working fine.

CHANGES MADE:

For TS_MANIVANAN user I have changed profile option MO:OPERATING UNIT from BILLINGS AND COLLECTIONS to HEAD OFFICE, after revert it back to BILLINGS AND COLLECTIONS now it’s working fine

NAVIGATION:

System administrator->profile->system

Here I have changed billing and collection to head office after that I have revert it back to resolve the problem.
