Prepare phase failed due to GET_ACTIVE_CP_REQ_ID(c_req_id) error
While running adop=prepare phase recieved error

The function GET_ACTIVE_CP_REQ_ID is not defined.
Issue with the packages of source file version of
ADZDADOPS.pls and ADZDADOPB.pls with the function.
Solution:
Load these Packages on DB to fix the issue.
@$AD_TOP/patch/115/sql/ADZDADOPS.pls;
@$AD_TOP/patch/115/sql/ADZDADOPB.pls;
After executing above execution – adop=prepare stage will be complete.
