AFPRSR-Resubmit_Time failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
Cause:
Applications Techstack lib files are missing – librw.so, librwu.so
Solution:
Since these library files come as part of the seeded application, we cannot install them using any OS package. We just need to copy them from any working instance and restart Concurrent manager service.
