Oracle Cloud – How to do Form Personalize to stop showing ICONS on spring board

 

Introduction: If we need to hide/display spring board icons or extend the application in oracle cloud applications. In EBS we do have a form personalization functionality to extend the application behaviour and the similar way we do have a sandbox configuration for cloud application.

Requirement/issue: Business requested us to disable the File for Import and Export info tile from a user view. By using this File Import and export info tile, we will be able to upload the files to UCM and from there we can call the required jobs to import`

Navigator>>Configuraton>>Sandboxes

Step 1 Create a Sandbox

We need to click on the create Sandbox

We need to provide the Name and Description by checking Structure

Navigate to structure > find the task and click on the name

Disable from springboard and navigator

Press save and close

Choose to publish the sandbox
