About LEAD:
LEAD isn’t just a program; it’s a transformative journey. We’re seeking talented and ambitious graduates who want to make a real impact in the tech industry. It’s an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology solutions and become a leader in the field.
Our rigorous selection process led us to 7 exceptional Management Trainees who stood out in terms of their passion for technology, creative mindset, and exceptional communication skills, and we see the alignment with Doyensys Values such as Passion Commitment innovation teamwork and integrity. They graduated between 2021 and 2023 from college with an outstanding 80% aggregate score throughout their academic careers. We’re proud to have them on board!
The Onboarding:
Welcoming our new Management Trainees to the Doyensys family was a momentous occasion. Our HR Manager, Srividya Srinivasan, extended a warm welcome and introduced them to our team. She shared our company’s culture, vision, and the incredible journey that lies ahead.
Co-Founder & President-India, Somu Chockalingam, also graced the occasion by welcoming the Management Trainees and handing each of them a photo collage for motivation.
An introduction with LOB Heads was conducted, enabling the trainees to connect with the leaders of the business units.
Additionally, each trainee presented an introductory presentation to the team, highlighting their aspirations and goals.
The LEAD program is more than just an opportunity; it’s a promise of growth, mentorship, and an exciting career in the tech industry. We’re excited to see these talented individuals grow, learn, and ultimately lead the way for the future.
