Eligibility Criteria: Building a Cohort of Excellence
To be eligible for LEAD, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Any engineering graduate with a minimum aggregate score of 80% throughout their academic career (Class 10, 10+2, and Engineering).
- Strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Oracle, Java.
- Ability to comprehend client business requirements.
- Skillful interpretation of data & information to build high-performing solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about technology and software development.
