Eligibility Criteria: Building a Cohort of Excellence

To be eligible for LEAD, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Any engineering graduate with a minimum aggregate score of 80% throughout their academic career (Class 10, 10+2, and Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Oracle, Java.
  • Ability to comprehend client business requirements.
  • Skillful interpretation of data & information to build high-performing solutions.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about technology and software development.
