Few people are as humble and down to earth as Uday Kumar Koneti. He has grown a lot since he joined Doyensys almost six years ago. He is a thorough professional who is always up for new challenges. We wish for a continued association with him and wish him all the best for his future.
How long has been your journey with Doyensys?
It has been 5 years and 10 months that I have been working with Doyensys.
What is your role at Doyensys?
I work as the Senior Principal Consultant.
What does your average day look like?
Any day at Doyensys comes with challenges and opportunities. The way you choose to seize the opportunities can define your career growth.
Can you quote your favourite Doyensys memory?
I have spent a considerable time with Doyensys and during these years, several fond memories were made. The best part is that every day is a new day and has the potential to get etched in your memory forever.
If you had to pick one aspect that you like the most about working at Doyensys, what would that be?
I have been working on the IRM project for a long time. Working with my team members has been a rewarding experience as I have learned a lot about client handling.
How do you contribute apart from work at Doyensys? (Eg: Contributing to Events, CSR Activities, Conducting Sports etc.)
Every month, Doyensys organizes cultural activities, and I participate actively in them.
What kind of a leader are you? How do you rate yourself as a leader and what do you do to motivate your team?
I would like to rate myself as a good leader. I try to motivate my team members by ensuring a good work-life balance. I also help them if they are struggling in their personal or professional lives.
What do you like doing when you are not at work? (Eg. Shopping, playing games, etc)
I like to watch TV and spend time with my family.
Who do you look up to in your life – someone you would want to follow?
Ever since my childhood, I have always looked up to my mother. She is a very kind and sensitive soul who knows how to keep her cool in all situations. She applauds my successes and doesn’t shy away from pointing my mistakes. It has helped to keep my feet on the ground and also aspire for better things in life.
What has been the noteworthy achievement in life that you look back on with pride?
I am satisfied with what I have achieved in my life, and I am happy that I have been able to give a good life to my children.
What is your favourite quote in life?
Just keep going, learning positive things from your mistakes.
What has been a challenge you faced in life that you overcame?
Managing my financial problems was a challenge that I have now overcome.
