OEM13.4 not monitoring all Disks

INTRODUCTION:

OEM13.4 is not monitoring all the Disks so we are unable to monitor the Disk alerts.

SOLUTION:

To fix this issue we need to change a parameter called EM_MONITOR_ALL_DISKS to true in the file emd.properties,
