Issue Summary:

Unable to back order due to Shipping Exception Error.

 

Issue Description:

Unable to Ship the order due to Shipping Exception error and hence needs to do a back order by the fixing the error.

 

Resolution Details:

  • Purge the Exception

 

Go to Order Management Shipment User Responsibility -> Exceptions

 

Query the Exception id -> Go to -> Tools -> Resolve/Purge Exceptions

Enter the Delivery number and then Submit (Make sure that the Action is “Closed”)

Go to Shipping Transaction form and perform a Backorder

Line Status is now changed to “Awaiting Shipping”
