• Proven ability to assist clients with Oracle Cloud Payroll, Time and Labor and Core HR implementation and post production support.
• Realtime hands-on implementation, support and consulting expertise
• At least 10 years of North America Payroll/HCM implementation experience
• At least 5 years Oracle Cloud North America Payroll and Time and Labor implementation experience
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence and Core HR modules)
• Experience in a lead role on at least one Oracle Cloud implementation project

Cloud Benefits

• At least 8 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Benefits Implementation with at least 2 end-to-end Benefits Module Implementation for United States Legislative Data Group
• Experience/expertise in Benefits Configurations and Conversions
• Sound Knowledge in Laws governing United States Benefit Plans
• Should have experience in using Benefits Fast Formulas, for example Rate Periodization to calculate and pass Benefits rates values to Cloud Payroll
