Job Requirement

  • Project Role: Fusion Solution Architect
  • Project Role Description: Provide technical expertise in the design, planning, implementation, installation, and performance tuning of Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions.
  • Work Experience: 10+ Years (Overall) and 7+ Years relevant experience
  • Work Location: India / US

 

Technical Expertise:

  • Must Have Skills
    • Experience in 5+ Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation/Rollout projects in Fusion Financials Management.
    • Experience with medium- to large-scale implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Solutions.
    • Strong experience in Payables, Assets, Receivables, Cash Management, and General Ledger (GL).
    • Good knowledge of complete A2C (Acquire to Close) and P2P (Procure to Pay) flow.
    • Creating functional process and solution documents describing business processes and user needs.
    • Leading FIT-GAP analysis, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, and testing.
    • Ensure system changes support the company’s business strategy and desired business outcomes.
    • Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders and organize super-user and end-user training.
    • Experience in support projects with hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills.
    • Assess impact on design and solution due to upgrades and monthly patches.
    • Strong business communication and customer management skills.
    • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
    • Customer-focused with a proactive and responsive approach.
  • Good To Have Skills
    • Experience in working with multi-country taxation requirements.
    • Exposure to building integration solutions with external or legacy applications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers on Fusion Financials, understanding customer needs and developing effective business solutions.
  • Suggest best practices followed by the industry and drive change at the customer side.
  • Audit the existing implementation or Oracle footprint to provide a health check and suggest a roadmap to improve utilization and performance.
  • Suggest suitable integration methods to efficiently exchange data in hybrid environments.
  • Work independently or collaboratively within project teams.
  • In support projects, analyze recurring issues and improve overall system stability.
  • Identify risk factors and dependencies involved in implementations.
