Technical Expertise – Must Have Skills
- Experience in working with Oracle Compliance and Risk Management.
- Experience in operational audit, business process review, audit report/testing and internal controls.
- Must have good understanding of Security elements of SOX compliance. Strong background of Security, Governance and Risk
- Design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits
- Experience in ensuring process & security compliance for all the processes within Oracle
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
- Self-motivated individual who can adapt to varying situations and take control
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Strong business communication and customer management skills.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRP’s) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- Be flexible in working hours for overlap with EST working hours
- Customer focused with a pro-active and responsive approach.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in Oracle user administration
- OTBI reports and basic SQL

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate compliance data and information collected in support of activities and initiatives
- Support the harmonization of KPIs/KRIs currently used across businesses/regions to build one set of metrics
- Preparation of presentations and trends identified for reporting to senior management
- A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support team and providing advice and assistance to support member.
- Achieve the acknowledgement and resolution SLA as per metrics
- Identify root cause of the issues and resolve it on time. Suggest best practices.
- Proactively identify area that potentially cause failure in external audit and discuss with client to resolve it.
- Work on automation of items, so that external audit is complete on time.
- Should able to work independently or with a team.
- You should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management.
- Constantly upgrade yourself in learning new areas within your expertise and provide advice to customer or support team.
