Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic graduates with 1-2 years exposure in the Business process function (Finance / Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement / Manufacturing / Sales) to join us as Management Trainees. This role is designed to nurture talent with strong Business process fundamentals, Domain awareness, ERP functional consulting, problem-solving ability, and a continuous learning attitude.
Selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain exposure across Oracle Fusion ERP Fundamentals, Functional Configurations, Process flows, Module-specific orientation (Finance / SCM / Logistics) and enterprise platforms. This will also prepare the selected candidates for Cross Modules / Track dependencies & awareness.

- Experience in leading teams / initiatives in academic projects

Eligibility:
