Must Have Skills<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead Business architecture for module needs and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Oracle cloud certified Product hub cloud (PIM, PDH), Inventory Cloud (INV), Costing and Procurement (PRC) Implementation specialist.<\/li>\n<li>Core competency includes solution architecture, providing functional consulting throughout different phases of MDM implementation and integrations with various source and target applications.<\/li>\n<li>Oracle fusion cloud implementation specialist in fusion product data hub, innovation management, product development and procurement modules.<\/li>\n<li>In Depth Knowledge of MDM offerings like Fusion Apps, Fusion Product Hub (PIM),Oracle PIM Module (Product Information Management) and Oracle Enterprise Product Data Quality modules and their applications.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage the task assignments.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand customers business requirements and explain to technical consulate in a simplified way, also require some technical knowledge to be able to write functional document for Extensions which could be understood by technical consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Gather, analyze business requirements perform FIT-GAP analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in preparing various project documents Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials etc.<\/li>\n<li>Explain the business requirement to other team members in the project.<\/li>\n<li>Write functional requirement documents.<\/li>\n<li>Creating functional process\/solution documents describing business processes and user needs.<\/li>\n<li>Should have experience in support projects with hand on configuration and troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Assess impact on design &amp; solution, due to upgrade and monthly patches.<\/li>\n<li>Strong business communication and customer management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Customer focused with a pro-active and responsive approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Good To Have Skills <\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in working with Fusion INV,  Procurement, Product hub cloud.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to building solutions around Integrations with External \/ Legacy Applications.<\/li>\n<li>Should also have knowledge in Procurement.<\/li>\n<li>Leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRP&#8217;s) functional configuration, testing.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure system changes support the company&#8217;s business strategy and desired business outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders and organize superuser and user training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Key Responsibilities <\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A primary point of contact for customers on Fusion INV, Procurement, Product Hub, you are responsible for understanding the customer need and developing a solution that solves the business needs of the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest best practices followed by the industry and drive change at customer side.<\/li>\n<li>Audit the existing implementation or Oracle footprint to provide health check and suggest a road map as how business can leverage the existing implementation and improve upon what is available, suggest suitable integration methods to efficiently exchange data in a hybrid environment.<\/li>\n<li>Should  able to work independently or with a team.<\/li>\n<li>In support projects analyze the issues to find ways of eliminating some of the recurring issues and overall improve the stability of the system.<\/li>\n<li>Identify the Risk factors and Dependencies involved in the Implementations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Professional Attributes<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the Onsite, Offshore teams<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Educational Qualification<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Any<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Behavioral Attribute<\/h4>\n<p>Should come across as an authority in the Fusion Procurement, Inventory, and Client facing Abilities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Requirement Project Role: Project Role: SCM, PIM &amp;
