This role is designed to nurture talent with strong Business process fundamentals, Domain awareness, ERP functional consulting, problem-solving ability, and a continuous learning attitude.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSelected candidates will undergo structured training and gain exposure across <strong>Oracle Fusion ERP<\/strong> Fundamentals, Functional Configurations, Process flows, Module-specific orientation (Finance \/ SCM \/ Logistics) and enterprise platforms. This will also prepare the selected candidates for Cross Modules \/ Track dependencies &amp; awareness.\n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Communication &amp; Learning<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong learning attitude and adaptability to new technologies \/ ERP<\/li>\n<li>Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Fundamentals<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Experience in handling Business process functions at hands-on capacity<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Good understanding of Business processes in their specific Client Domain (Manufacturing \/ Finance \/ Logistics \/ Procurement \/ Sales)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Exposure to ERP (any ERP) in the capacity of end-user \/ consultant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Good to Have<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with end-to-end process flows in any ERP<\/li>\n<li>Active participation in Industry events \/ forums<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading teams \/ initiatives in academic projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A well-structured training program covering Oracle Fusion ERP Overview, Application landscape, Functional Configurations, and Inter-module dependencies<\/li>\n<li>Real-time use cases from past projects to enable candidates to practice scenarios hands-on and gain project experience<\/li>\n<li>Introduction to key Business-critical reports &amp; metrics, dashboards, and interpretation techniques<\/li>\n<li>Guidance and mentorship on Functional Consultant roles &amp; responsibilities, execution framework, deliverables, and client expectation management<\/li>\n<li>Assessments at the end of each training module, with continued engagement based on overall performance and evaluation scores<\/li>\n<li>Mentorship from industry experts to strengthen both technical expertise and managerial capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to real-world business challenges, including opportunities to work on AI-driven solutions and enterprise applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduates (B.E \/ B.Com \/ M.Com \/ MCA \/ M.Sc.
