The role requires strong system administration, networking, security-focused operations, and vendor coordination capabilities to ensure high availability, reliability, and secure IT operations.\n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Core System Administration<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer and support Linux, Unix, Ubuntu, and Windows operating systems<\/li>\n<li>Perform system patching, backups, restores, and health checks<\/li>\n<li>Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks or capacity issues<\/li>\n<li>Ensure system availability, reliability, and adherence to operational SLAs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cloud &amp; OCI (Mandatory)<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services<\/li>\n<li>Support cloud-based workloads including compute, storage, networking, and security components<\/li>\n<li>Implement proactive recommendations with strong focus on security and compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Security &amp; Operations<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor system security posture and participate in vulnerability remediation<\/li>\n<li>Support DR operations, backup validation, and cybersecurity monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Provide L2\/L3 support, troubleshoot incidents, and participate in root cause analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Networking<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP\/IP, routing, firewalls)<\/li>\n<li>Configure and support Site-to-Site VPN \/ IPsec tunnels<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for connectivity and troubleshooting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Automation &amp; Scripting<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong expertise in Linux\/Unix with working knowledge of Shell scripting and Python<\/li>\n<li>Experience with automation tools such as OCI CLI, Ansible, or Terraform (preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collaboration &amp; Documentation<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with application, database, and security teams to support deployments and integrations<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, patches, and escalations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration records<\/li>\n<li>Support 24&#215;7 operations and on-call rotations as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Good To Have Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exposure to other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with GitHub, Jenkins, or similar CI\/CD tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or NinjaOne<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of NFS, CIFS, and storage concepts<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of virtualization, databases, and enterprise IT infrastructure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain responsibility, accountability, and credibility in all assignments<\/li>\n<li>Identify, isolate, and resolve production and non-production system issues<\/li>\n<li>Install, configure, and support Windows Server (2012\/2016\/2019) and related roles (IIS, SSL, .NET, AD, SFTP, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Install, migrate, and deploy printers programmatically<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot Windows configuration and performance issues<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong understanding of firewalls, IPS\/IDS, and server port management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Strong Technical Skills:<\/strong> Expertise in cloud services, networking, security, virtualization, storage, databases, and application deployments<\/li>\n<li><strong>Problem-solving Skills:<\/strong> Ability to analyze root causes and implement effective solutions<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication Skills:<\/strong> Clear and concise communication with stakeholders and clients<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time Management:<\/strong> Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attention to Detail:<\/strong> Accurate execution and documentation of tasks<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team Player:<\/strong> Collaborative mindset and knowledge sharing<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customer Service Orientation:<\/strong> Ability to understand client requirements and provide professional support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or related field<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of cloud security best practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behavioral Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving ability<\/li>\n<li>Team collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and learning mindset<\/li>\n<li>Time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer focus<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and professionalism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Doyensys: Doyensys is a Management &amp;
