Doyensys Inc has operations in India, the US, Mexico, and Canada.\n<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Project Role:<\/strong> Oracle EBS \u2013 Sr. Finance Functional Consultant<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Experience:<\/strong> 7+ Years<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Location:<\/strong> Chennai<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Must Have Skills<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in 3\u20136 Oracle EBS Implementation \/ Rollout projects in EBS Finance modules \u2013 GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, India Localization (GST)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Order Management and Inventory modules<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in reconciliation between Subledger \/ GL and CM<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in Month-End and Year-End closure activities<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in various Oracle Interface processes<\/li>\n<li>Experience in support projects with configuration and troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of entire A2C and P2P flow<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in EBS General Ledger, Receivables, and Payables<\/li>\n<li>Assess impact on design &amp; solutions due to periodic patches or new functionalities<\/li>\n<li>Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional configuration, testing, and client user training<\/li>\n<li>Strong business communication and customer management skills<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work overlapping India late evening \/ night hours<\/li>\n<li>Customer-focused with proactive and responsive approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Good To Have Skills<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Certifications in Oracle EBS Finance Modules<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills for performing reconciliations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on tickets assigned in Finance Modules support queue<\/li>\n<li>Assist Finance Senior Management during Month-End and Year-End processes<\/li>\n<li>Support Internal and External audit teams during quarterly, half-yearly, and annual audits<\/li>\n<li>Gather requirements and provide solution options for development projects<\/li>\n<li>Monitor Finance module-related tickets and ensure timely resolution<\/li>\n<li>Act as primary point of contact for customers on Finance Functional matters<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate coordination between customer and support team<\/li>\n<li>Identify root causes and implement permanent resolutions<\/li>\n<li>Suggest best practices and proactively reduce recurring issues<\/li>\n<li>Work independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Continuously upgrade domain knowledge and provide advisory support to customers and internal teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work in shifts<\/li>\n<li>Strong learning attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Educational Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finance background preferred (MBA Finance \/ M.Com or equivalent)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Behavioral Attributes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Patience and maturity<\/li>\n<li>Strong client-facing abilities<\/li>\n<li>Professional and composed demeanor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About Doyensys: Doyensys is a Management &amp; Technology Consulting company with expertise in Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure Platform Support, and IT solutions.
