Installation Issue : ‘ Spawning C:OracleATSbindeploy.bat C:OracleATSinstalloats.ear’ and never completes for Long Time ( even for Days)

When it Happen : While Installing OATS Software

Action Needs to Taken : STOP/Disable Anti Virus Software(s) and/ Disable Firewall.
