Oracle Financials for India – Version 12.1.1 and later
Due to this issue, users cannot enter the taxes and hence cannot complete the Invoice
Cause of the issue:
Invoice Distributions are in Preview mode which are not saved which caused the issue.
As per the GST Functionality, if Invoice is having Lines and their corresponding Distributions are not saved then India Tax Details form will not open
How do we solve:
1. Navigate to Payables Responsibility –> Invoices –> Entry –> Invoices
2. Query the problematic Invoice
3. Navigate to All Distributions
4. Save the Distributions
5. Navigate to Tools –> India Tax Details form so that India Tax Details form will be opened.
Conclusion:
After performing the above setup, Users can able to open the India tax details of the payables Invoices.
