User has closed FA Corp Books for Jul-23 Period, and after closing it, oracle cloud should show the Aug-23 month, But it is showing Sep-23 as below
That means Aug’23 period also closed.
CAUSE OF THE ISSUE :
While running the depreciation, there was submission to close happened by the user for Aug-23 Period

Argument3 shows if depreciation was submitted with or without closing the period below
1 = with closing
0 = without closing
HOW DO WE SOLVE :
We have given the solution to the user to follow the below steps :
- Go to Assets -> Manage All Books from Task
- Go to the Asset Book Monitor region
3. Select your NZ book
4. Click on Open Previous Period
The current open period for the book should now be Aug-23.
Note that we cannot reopen Jul-23 as depreciation has been run for that period.
CONCLUSION:
As we have given the solution to user, and he has followed the procedure, which we have showed to them, Hence Issue resolved.
