Apps listener fails to start on cloned instance with TNS-12533

Apps listener fails to start on cloned R12.1.3 instance with the following error.

Cause:

This error occurs when a host names in the tcp.invited_nodes list is invalid

Solution:

• Remove invalid host names in $TNS_ADMIN/sqlnet.ora file

          tcp.validnode_checking = yes
          tcp.invited_nodes = (<invalid_host>.<domain>, <host>.<domain>)

• Save and re-test starting the Applications listener.
