There is a standard setup to setup the footer information which will be referred to while printing the “Colombia Withholding Certificates Report (XML)”
Login to Oracle Applications > Colombian Super User > Localizations > Setup > Withholding Tax Types >Query for the Tax type for which you wanted to update the footer information
>> Go to > Tools > CLL Extension
Update the End description with the footer information that you wanted to update. Sample is give below
