business noticed that the receipt application is missing and the missed transaction level balance is not updated .. means transaction is not applied any receipt but it is showing ZERO Balance and it is not available to apply the receipt…
also, while we query the receipt, on the receipt summary window, we could see the receipt status as Applied but when we go to this receipt it shows as unapplied and all amount is showing in unapplied filed only.. and there are no applications for the same.. but it is showing the receipt summary window as applied status..
