Doyensys hosted a selfie competition recently as a part of our activity scheme encouraging Doyens to come together and develop a friendly workplace environment. We, at Doyensys, always care for our employees’ comfort and take the utmost care for our customers. We believe that the physical and social condition at our workplace plays an imperative job in representatives’ efficiency.
We try to be attentive to the queries of our clients prioritising their concerns. Every client has individual needs and concerns and they need to be treated with an individual touch that doesn’t make them feel like a number. We make sure they get that individual touch. For that individual touch, we believe that hosting a variety of activities on a regular basis ensures that our employees come together to create a friendly atmosphere with mutual trust and shared responsibilities that lead to a more happy and inclusive work environment. This, in turn, also increases the efficiency and commitment with which our Doyens work making our company successful in every aspect.
We had four themes for the Selfie Competition, namely, Happiness, Trust, Friendship and Respect. Participants were expected to choose any one theme and take a selfie individually or in a group. The selfie was to be shared on Facebook and LinkedIn tagging @Doyensys India and @Doyensys Inc. Hashtags like #Doyensys #GPTW4ALL and #Bestworkplaces were to be used. Our Doyens were to write why Doyensys is a great place to work according to the selected theme. For this competition, a Selfie booth was arranged specially in the Doyensys office.
We were delighted to see all the happy face selfies and the great words written for our company. It makes us proud to have such an enthusiastic, upbeat, hardworking, dedicated Doyen family.
Every theme was justified by the ones who chose them. The answers we got as to why Doyensys is a great place to work were all very creative and unique. The top ten selfies have been selected based on the comment and creativity and the hype it created on social media and they were given exciting prizes and gifts. We believe that activities like these boost the confidence of our employees keeping their spirits high. They also help in preventing the monotony of a place that can lead to a decrease in inefficiency. By keeping the environment of a workplace more fun by engaging all employees to come together, we create an atmosphere where there is an interaction between employees. This helps in increasing the coherence and a sense of unity just like in a family. We honestly do believe that all of us at Doyensys are a family and have a sense of mutual respect, trust and admiration for each other. We were immensely glad to see all the happiness and friendliness that was radiating in all selfies that we witnessed. Congratulations to all the winners!
