We make sure that both the genders are being treated equally in every way. We have reoriented our working environment culture to underline results over situate time. This year 747 companies participated in the Great Place to Work in India study voicing the opinions of approximately 3.9 Lakh women. We are proud to say that Doyensys is among the best 25 companies in this survey and thus we have earned the title of being the BEST among the REST.

We have an underlying candidate screening that is free of gender discrimination. We have always kept an eye on assorted variety in the candidate pool and we have always assessed competitors as a pool.
We understand that women have a pressure of responsibilities and moral obligations that are a norm in our society and we do whatever we can to provide a safe workplace and facilities where they would not feel uncomfortable. We also coach and support women for authority positions. We provide with basic training to move the women up the ability pipeline. We have effectively enrolled women to official level and board positions without any gender bias because we honestly believe they deserve it.
We have accomplished fair on the senior hunt and pay advisory groups. We have a stable environment for all our employees. Our workplace is energetic and all-inclusive making our customers feel welcomed.
One of the key aspects of being women-friendly is the take on equal growth opportunity for a woman in a company. We, at Doyensys, have never treated our Doyens differently based on their gender. Every Doyen is treated according to his/her calibre.
Another aspect that needs to be dealt with is the harassment that women face at workplaces at the hands of people who are in a superior position. Doyensys has a strict No Tolerance policy for such behaviour, no matter what position the individual holds. Women safety is of prime importance to us and we do not compromise on it at any cost.
