I have been working here for 7.3 Years.
What is your role at Doyensys?
I work as “Project Lead – DBA Practice”
What does your average day look like?
I and my team collaboratively plan our day, and make sure that all the goals are met by the end of the day.
Can you quote your favourite Doyensys memory?
My fondest memory is of the time when I received a surprising award from Mr. Somu. It gave me great confidence to know that my hard work is being recognized. I’m so grateful to work for a company that shows its appreciation so generously.
If you had to pick one aspect that you like the most about working at Doyensys, what would that be?
We have freedom to plan our projects and deliver high quality work. Also, we are encouraged to learn new skills.
What kind of a leader are you? How do you rate yourself as a leader and what do you do to motivate your team?
I am transparent with my team. In turn, team members feel free to contribute ideas and suggestion. It also enhances their workplace creativity.
How do you contribute apart from work at Doyensys? (Eg: Contributing to Events, CSR Activities, Conducting Sports etc.)
I was given the privilege to write a book – “Just Relax DBA”
What do you like doing when you are not at work? (Eg.: Shopping, playing games, etc)
I visit temples to worship. I also admire the architectural part of it.
Who do you look up to in your life – someone you would want to follow?
I look up to my better half because she is my pillar of strength.
