Call env from APPS NOde

Execute the admkappsutil.pl utility to create the appsutil.zip file in <INST_TOP>/admin/out.

$ perl <AD_TOP>/bin/admkappsutil.pl

mv $INST_TOP/admin/out/appsutil.zip from Apps node to DB Node $ORACLE_HOME

Unzip the appsutil.zip file from DB Node $ORACLE_HOME

Run Autoconfig from DB Tier

Run Autoconfig from Apps Tier
