PCITI Annual Award Celebration at Doyensys recognizes employees who demonstrate exemplary behavior of our values. Doyensys stands by its core values that have helped us reach this stage where we have developed long-lasting relationships with our customers.
Our values – Passion, Commitment, Customer Delight, Innovation, and Team Work, are the guiding light that keeps us on the path of excellence and undeterred customer service. It makes us proud when our employees not only embrace them but also demonstrate them and lead us through their examples.
This year’s Award celebration was all the more dear to our hearts because of the challenging year that 2020 was. This year’s ceremony was presided over by Ms. Nandita Jain Mahajan. She started her career as a software developer more than three decades ago. She went on to take leadership positions at Tata Consultancy Services, American Express, General Electric, Fidelity Investments, and IBM. She is on the Advisory Council of the Harvard Business Review and is also an advisor to McKinsey & Co. in the Technology and Digital Function.

Passion – Every year, this award goes to the individual who demonstrates exceptional front line service in the profession.
- Akhash Ramnath R – DBA – Akhash amazed us with his desire to give his best to work. He has an unwavering passion to deliver nothing but the best.
- Venkatesh B – EBS Technical – Venkatesh was an example to us this year with his zeal to go past the obvious and deliver beyond expectations.
Commitment – It goes to the individual who demonstrates an intense commitment to providing excellent services.
- Pandimuneeswaran K – EBS Technical – Pandimuneeswaran’s dedication at work and his responsibilities were second to none this year.
- Tapas Kumar Sathua – EBS Functional – Tapas floored his peers and the customers with his sheer dedication towards his work and responsibilities.
- Sivaram M – DBA – Sivaram demonstrated top-notch dedication towards exceeding his responsibilities and going the extra mile.
Customer Delight – A person who surprises the customer by exceeding the expectations takes this award home.
- Mohan G – EBS Technical – With the customer appreciating Mohan’s consistent good work, he showed us how to exceed customer’s expectations.
- Buchupalli Gayathri – EBS Technical – Gayathri’s contributions to the project were appreciated by the customer, who felt that she had gone the extra step in fulfilling her duties.
Innovation – This award recognizes the employee who demonstrates creative thinking, problem-solving, and innovative ideas.
- Abishek S – DBA – Abhishek’s ability to put his thinking hat on and propose creative solutions has left us in awe. His proposals and resolutions will help the customers in the long run.
Team Work – An individual who displays excellent teamwork becomes a recipient of this award.
- Bhaskar Krishnamoorthy – EBS Functional – It is not easy to put oneself at the backfoot for the overall benefit of the team. This is where Bhaskar shone last year.
- Mahendran M – DBA – When the team comes together, it becomes possible to achieve even the most challenging tasks. Mahendran emphasized this last year by demonstrating excellent teamwork.

- Balamurugan D – Custom Development – Balamurugan is as passionate about his work as one can be. His commitment comes across as a fresh breath of air.
- Yuvaraj P- EBS Technical – Yuvaraj, with his excellent performance, proved to everyone how passion and commitment can help you win even in the most challenging situations.
- Chithra S – HR – Chithra – In a year that tested the HR professionals, Chithra came across as a pillar on which the team could bank on.
Rookie of the Year – This award goes to the new employee who delivers beyond expectations.
- Abishek K – DBA – Abhishek, who joined Doyensys last year, brings fresh and infectious energy into the system with his ideas and delivery.
