API Delete Orphan Events in AR invoices not in XLA in R12

This is useful script while doing period close on every month basis.
Some time there will be no relation will generate between AR invoice and Subledger . In that case it is very difficult to close AR period.
This script will identity which are not linked with XLA and will create relation between XLA and AR
