Purpose: Need to assign the responsibility which we created last sheet to the specific user ID
Navigation: System Administrator > Security > User > Define
Step 1: Query the user name and go down to the direct responsibilities
Step 2: Query the created responsibility (click the option button and enter name)
Enter and text the responsitbility name and save the file
Note: User ID creation, creating customised user and assign responsibility is completed
