Cost Manager concurrent request failed with the following errors,
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 60 in cmlacm()
Cause: cmlacm() failed due to ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource
Solution: –
Adding the each of the transactional workers in the incompatibilities of the concurrent program’s and restarting cost manager fixed the issue.
For example,
1. Using the System Administrator Responsibility, navigate to Concurrent -> Program -> Define.
2. Query the program name.

b.Material cost transaction worker (CMCMCW)
c.Lot Based Job Transaction Cost Worker (CSTPSMCW)
d.Overhead Cost Worker(CMCOCW)
e.Resource Cost Worker (CMCCTW)
f.Cost Manager(CMCTCM)
g.WIP Cost Collection Worker (CMCCCW)
3. Select the Incompatibilities button.
4. Add the other Programs to the incompatibilities list.
