Most of the DBA’s know about many analyzers available in oracle support used for service requests in MOS. Most familiar analyzers for DBA’s are Workflow Analyzer, Concurrent Processing Analyzer , Database Performance and Statistics Analyzer, Receivables Period Close Analyzer etc..
These analyzers are designed by oracle support to assist with diagnosing issues and maintain Oracle Application environments. When installed as concurrent program, these analyzers can be run by end-user with proper responsibility and view the analyzer concurrent program output without apps password.
Application data is not altered in any way when the Analyzer Bundle Menu is installed or when any Support Analyzer is run.
A super wrapper analyzer has been introduced by oracle support called as Analyzer Bundle Menu
The installation unzips files inside a single “MENU” directory. The analyzers and all SQL in this bundle do not perform any INSERTs, UPDATEs, DELETEs or any other changes to E-Business Suite data. Some analyzers create Concurrent Programs, or packages in the APPS schema for your convenience. The Analyzer Bundle Menu is a menu-driven command line tool that will allow you to run the EBS Support Analyzers and install each Analyzer as a Concurrent Program.
You can schedule this bundle menu as concurrent program which will periodically update all other analyzers.
As of April 2017, the Analyzer Bundle zip is planned to be updated monthly (on the 1st) to identify any new or updated Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Support Analyzers. If there are no new or updated analyzers in a particular period, the Analyzer Bundle zip may not be updated.
