We are going to see the cause and solution for the ORA-00020 error
Cause:
ORA-00020 this error occurs when database exceeds the initialization parameter PROCESSES value.
Solution:
1)The solution will be to increase the PROCESSES parameter
2)kill the the unwanted process like local listener connection which is known to kill.
