When trying  to assign responsibility to a user, the following error occurs.

CAUSE FOR
THIS ISSUE :

There is a
conflict between the user’s direct and indirect responsibility and role
assignments.

Solution
:

As this
responsibility is already added to the user via roles, we need to remove the
responsibility ‘XXFM_ROUTIN_VIEW’ from the user record. Once it is removed, the
record can be successfully saved.
