OVERVIEW:
Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) is a cloud-based, fully managed database service by Oracle. It automates administrative tasks, enabling users to focus on application development. ATP is optimized for transactional workloads, offers high performance and scalability, and is provisioned easily through the Oracle Cloud Console.
STEP 1: Login to oracle cloud
STEP 2: Scroll down to click “create an ATP database”
STEP 3: NEED TO CREATE COMPARTMENT,DISPLAY NAME AND DB NAME
STEP 4: SELECT TRANSACTION PROCESSING TO CREATE APT DATABASE
STEP 5: TURN ON ALWAYS FREE CONFIGURATION OPTION

STEP 6: CREATE LOGIN FOR ADMIN USER
STEP 7: SELECT SECURE ACCESS FROM EVERYWHERE
STEP 8: CREATED ATP DATABASE (ie under processing)
NOW ATP DATABASE WAS CREATED AND IT’S AVAIABLE NOW
- WE HAVE PRE-CONFIGURATION TOOL TO CONNECT APEX,SQL.
- IN ORDER TO USE THE PRE-CONFIGURATION TOOL WE NEED TO CREATE A WALLET.
STEP 9: SELECT DATABASE CONNECTION TO CREATE WALLET
STEP 10: WE HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE WALLET TO CONNECT OTHER TOOLS SUCH AS APEX,SQL.
STEP 11: WE HAVE TO CREATE WALLET PASSWORD FOR DOWNLOAD.
STEP 12: WE HAVE TAKEN SQL DEVELOPER CONNECTION FOR A NEWLY CRETATED APT DB BY PROVIDING DOWNLOADED WALLET IN THE CONFIGURATION FILE.
