This blog describes the step by step process of Project Expenditures data conversion in Fusion Application using File Based Data Import.
FBDI Template: ProjectUnprocessedMiscellaneousExpenditureItemImportTemplate.xlsm
Interface Tables: PJC_TXN_XFACE_STAGE_ALL
Base Table: PJC_EXP_ITEMS_ALL
Import Process: Import Costs
STEP 1: Download FBDI template from oracle website.
STEP 2: Populate the data both PJC_TXN_XFACE_STAGE_ALL sheet of template as shown below.
STEP 3: Generate PjcTxnXfaceStageAll_misc.zip file in local system using “Generate CSV File” option.
STEP 4: Login to application and upload the PjcTxnXfaceStageAll_misc.zip file to interface table using “Load Interface File for Import” process.
STEP 5: Run “Import Costs” process to import the interfaced data.
STEP 6: Review the log and output files for success and error status.
