Change request cannot be initiated for this requisition since none of the associated purchase orders are eligibile for change.
Issue Description:
Unable to raise the Change request on the requisition in iprocurement.
Error Message:
Change request cannot be initiated for this requisition since none of the associated purchase orders are eligible for change.
Cause:
The issue is due to the multiple lines in the requisition summarized on one purchase order line with two distributions. Change request functionality is not supported if distributions of a shipment belong to multiple requisition lines grouped on a single purchase order line.
Requisition with multiple lines:
Purchase Order created with single line from the requisition with 3 different lines with multiple distributions.
Solution:
Go to Oracle Metalink Doc ID 390442.1
This is the current functionality, which is a bug. Workaround is that the purchase order must be manually amended in Core Purchasing.
