For version 10.1.0.4 and version 10.1.0.5 oneoff patches exists for some platforms.

10.1.0.5.0 on Solaris Operating System (SPARC 64-bit)
10.1.0.5.0 on Linux x86
10.2.0.2.0 on Linux x86-64 (AMD64/EM64T)
10.2.0.2.0 on Solaris Operating System (SPARC 64-bit)
10.2.0.2.0 on HP-UX PA-RISC (64-bit)
10.2.0.2.0 on AIX5L Based Systems (64-bit)
Please contact customer support to get the download information for a oneoff patch when needed.
Hence, you can choose to upgrade to the patchsets containing the fix or apply the one off fix, if it is available for your version and platform.
OR
You can also choose to ignore these invalid objects. When you access these objects they would become VALID again. They wouldn’t cause any application failure.
