- Leading the Practice Delivery charter servicing all the 4 Strategic Market Units (SMUs).
- Accountable for Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, Margin, and Quality of Delivery.
- Drive growth numbers for the unit and lead the team to deliver effectively.
