Job Requirement
- Project Role: Oracle Fusion ERP Technical Lead
- Project Role Description: Technically lead the team on Oracle Fusion and EBS. Hands-on experience in designing, developing, documenting, and testing BI reports, personalization, extensions, BPM workflows, data migrations, and integrations. Provide technical solutions for requirements/issues, debug, fix, and enhance existing processes, and support production operations.

Technical Expertise
Must Have Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Fusion tools (BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, Data Loaders, BPM Workflows)
- Strong understanding of at least one end-to-end process flow (SCM / Finance / HCM)
- Experience in a minimum of 3 Fusion implementation cycles
- Ability to build custom solutions using various tools to address business requirements beyond Oracle standard functionality
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
Good To Have Skills:
- Experience designing and developing custom applications using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to extend Oracle Fusion Cloud capabilities
- Ability to create custom forms, user interfaces, and dashboards with VBCS for enhanced user experience and data management
- Oracle EBS Technical Development skills (CEMLI)
- Strong ability to analyze PL/SQL code and EBS RICE components
- Experience with Development life cycle (Dev, UAT & PROD migration)
- Knowledge of Release Management, Production Support processes, Ticketing Tools, and Documentation
