- Project Role: SCM, PIM & MDM (Solution Architect)
- Project Role Description: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Apps – MDM offerings like Fusion Apps, Fusion Product Hub (PIM), Oracle PIM Module (Product Information Management / OPH), Oracle Supplier Hub (OSH), and Oracle Enterprise Product Data Quality modules and their applications.

Technical Expertise:
- Must Have Skills
- Lead business architecture for module needs and requirements.
- Oracle Cloud Certified – Product Hub Cloud (PIM/PDH), Inventory Cloud (INV), Costing and Procurement (PRC) Implementation Specialist.
- Core competency in solution architecture and functional consulting across various phases of MDM implementation and integrations with source and target applications.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation expertise in Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, Product Development, and Procurement modules.
- In-depth knowledge of MDM offerings including Fusion Apps, Fusion Product Hub (PIM), Oracle PIM Module (Product Information Management), and Oracle Enterprise Product Data Quality modules.
- Ability to work independently and manage task assignments.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into simplified technical guidance; capable of writing functional documents for extensions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; perform FIT-GAP analysis.
- Active participation in preparing project documents such as Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT/UAT Test Scripts, and Training Materials.
- Explain business requirements clearly to project team members.
- Write detailed functional requirement documents.
- Create functional process and solution documents describing business processes and user needs.
- Hands-on experience in support projects with configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Assess design and solution impact due to upgrades and monthly patches.
- Strong business communication and customer management skills.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

- Experience working with Fusion Inventory, Procurement, and Product Hub Cloud.
- Exposure to building integration solutions with external or legacy applications.

- Experience leading FIT-GAP analysis, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, and testing.
- Ensure system changes align with business strategy and desired outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and conduct super-user and end-user training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on Fusion Inventory, Procurement, and Product Hub modules.
- Understand customer needs and develop solutions that address business requirements effectively.
- Suggest industry best practices and drive change at the customer side.
- Audit existing Oracle implementations to provide health checks and recommend a roadmap for optimization and value realization.
- Suggest suitable integration methods for efficient data exchange in hybrid environments.
- Work independently or collaboratively within project teams.
- Analyze recurring issues in support projects and improve system stability.
- Identify risk factors and dependencies involved in implementations.
