Job Requirement

  • Project Role: Project Role: Oracle SCM Technical Expert (Fusion/EBS)
  • Work Experience: 7 to 10yrs
  • Work location: Chennai, India.

Technical Expertise – Must Have Skills

  • Must have participated in 2-3 Oracle SCM Implementation and support projects in EBS modules.
  • Strong working experience in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, API, OAF (Oracle Application Framework), Workflows, Rest API, BI Publisher.
  • Experience in Performance tuning.
  • Build complex Oracle RICE components using PL/SQL and SQL.
  • Hands-on Experience in Data Migration and Integration of Oracle modules with third-party applications.
  • Experience in Design & Build of Workflows related SCM modules.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire A2C (Acquire to Consume) and P2P (Procure to Pay) processes.
  • Hands-on experience with basic configuration and troubleshooting in support processes.
  • Proven ability to provide architectural solutions and strategic direction within the specified modules.
  • Strong business communication and customer management abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate overlap with IST/US working hours.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and responsive approach to customer needs.

Good To Have Skills

  • Certification in Oracle EBS Technical skills .
  • Experience in working with Service now .

Key Responsibilities

  • Working directly with business analysts, functional team to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle EBS.
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports using Oracle tools and technologies.
  • Identify Automation opportunities and deliver Value to Customers.
  • Troubleshooting, RCA, Develop issue fixes for technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to proactively identify complex technical issues and design effective solutions.
  • Ability to Design and Build integrations with third party applications.
  • Create and share knowledge artifacts within the team.
  • Familiarity with production support processes, ticketing tools, SLAs & support metrics.
  • Facilitate customer relationships with the support team; provide advice and assistance.
  • Work independently or as part of a team..
  • Preferred skills in business process improvement, process automation & creating SOPs.
