Job Requirement

  • Project Role: Fusion HCM & Payroll Technical
  • Project Role Description: Fusion HCM Technical – Enhancements, Data Migration, and Report development (OTBI, BIP) in HCM and Payroll Modules.
  • Work Experience: 7+ Years (Overall) and 5+ years relative experience
  • Work Location: Chennai, India

Technical Expertise & Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll, HCM with a minimum of 3+ implementations (preferably for US clients).
  • Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and payroll concepts.
  • Hands-on experience in OTBI, BIP, FRS reports, FBDI, Journeys, and BPM workflows.
  • Business knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll, including writing and amending Payroll Fast Formulas.
  • Technical skills in data loading using FBDI, spreadsheet loader, and APIs.
  • Understanding of integration touchpoints with modules like Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage task assignments effectively.
  • Experience in requirement analysis, technical documentation, migration documents, and test scripts.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and end-users for understanding requirements and providing solutions.

Good to Have Skills

  • Experience with configuration changes to migrate to Redwood UI.
  • Working knowledge of Taleo Recruitment modules (TCC).
  • Experience with Fusion integration using REST/SOAP APIs or MuleSoft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver OTBI and BIP reports.
  • Create new HCM Journeys and modify existing ones.
  • Relate product functionality to business processes and offer recommendations to customers for mapping business scenarios to Fusion HCM.
  • Handle data migration using FBDI and spreadsheet loader, including issue resolution and reprocessing.
  • Write and modify Payroll Fast Formulas.
  • Work independently or collaborate with a team as needed.
  • Analyze issues in support projects and identify solutions to improve system stability.
