Technical Expertise & Must-Have Skills
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules, focusing on Bill of Materials (BOM Structures), Production, Inventory Management, and Costing. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand manufacturing and inventory-related business requirements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules to meet specific manufacturing and inventory needs. Design, build, and implement customizations and extensions as required.
- Strong experience in Manufacturing, Costing, and Inventory modules.
- Ability to work independently and manage task assignments.
- Understand customers’ business requirements and communicate effectively with technical consultants. Able to write functional documents for RICE components.
- Gather and analyze business requirements; perform FIT-GAP analysis.
- Participate in preparing project documents such as Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, and Training materials.
- Communicate business requirements to other project team members.
- Write functional requirement documents.
- Create functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs.
- Experience in support projects with hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills.
- Assess impact on design and solution due to upgrades and monthly patches.
- Strong business communication and customer management skills.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Customer-focused with a proactive and responsive approach.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in working with Fusion Procurement.
- Exposure to building solutions for integrations with external or legacy applications.
- Experience leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, and testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers on Fusion Manufacturing & Costing. Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet business requirements.
- Recommend industry best practices and drive change at the customer side.
- Conduct audits of existing Oracle implementations and provide health checks. Suggest roadmaps for leveraging existing implementations and improvements.
- Analyze issues in support projects and find ways to eliminate recurring problems, improving system stability.
- Identify risk factors and dependencies in implementations.
