Role: L&D and Culture Manager

Work Experience: Around 8 years of relevant experience

Work Location: Chennai – WFO (Monday to Friday)

  • Strong experience in Learning and Development, around 8 years.
  • Experience in driving L&D for IT organizations.
  • Blended Learning experience.
  • Ability to create and curate content for training programs.
  • Design programs for leadership development.

Description:

This role is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning paths and talent programs, with a focus on building a culture of inclusion and belonging, and enhancing employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and establish learning paths in partnership with business leaders.
  • Establish Doyensys Institute of Learning (DIL) and standardize content.
  • Deliver classroom/virtual/blended learning sessions on personal development topics.
  • Engage employees in India to focus on culture and values.
  • Facilitate open feedback and communication between employees and leaders.
  • Analyze employee experience data and create execution strategies.
  • Develop and nurture a network of “Culture Ambassadors.”

Pre-Requisites:

  • Relevant HR experience handling L&D and partnering with business leaders.
  • Experience with blended learning programs and Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
