Job Requirement

Role: Learning and Development SME

Work Experience: 7 to 10 yrs of relevant experience

Work Location: Chennai – WFO (Monday to Friday)

Description:

This role will be responsible for design, development and delivery of learning paths and talent programs. In addition, curate impactful learning paths, and engage employees to foster a culture of Learning.

Pre Requisites:

  • Exclusive experience in managing Learning and Development as SME with minimum 7 years of experience.
  • Driving L&D for IT Organization.
  • Create and Curate content for the training programs.
  • Design programs for leadership development with familiarity with Blended Learning approach.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and automation.
  • Highly collaborative and can partner effectively with functional leaders, as well as working and organizing teams in planning and executing activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and establish learning paths and programs, in partnership with business leaders, focused on employee development.
  • Experience in leveraging AI for HR automation to streamline training processes and enhance employee experiences effectively.
  • Establish Doyensys Institute of Learning (DIL) and work with content owners to standardise and refresh all content and build effectiveness measures.
  • Deliver in classroom/ virtual / blended learning sessions on select personal development topics.
  • Lead and execute a plan for deep engagement with employees focused on continuous learning.
  • Derive and analyse employee experience/ satisfaction data through surveys and other formats to arrive the training needs in alignment with the business goals.
  • Strategize a plan of execution and foster accountability with business leaders.
